Acceptable Use of Methodology

Modification of core data planning protocols is prohibited without written peer review.
Analytical outputs are intended for internal corporate navigation only.
1. Prohibited Use of Methodology
Users may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying source logic of the NexolythPath "Neutrality Protocol." Our strategy is built upon objective data navigation; any attempt to utilize these tools for deceptive analytical benchmarking or to facilitate illegal data extraction is a material breach of this agreement.
2. Intellectual Property Ownership
All proprietary data structures, navigational frameworks, and analytical planning templates provided by NexolythPath remain the exclusive property of NexolythPath.digital. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to implement these strategies within their specific organizational silo for the duration of the engagement.

Service Limitations
Our architecture planning does not include physical server maintenance, third-party engineering labor, or the guaranteed accuracy of external data sources provided to us. We serve as the primary logic layer; the execution of technical hardware remains the client's responsibility.
No Warranties
NexolythPath provides strategic consulting on an "as-is" basis. While our frameworks follow international compliance best practices, we make no claims regarding immediate profit growth or the absolute elimination of future market volatility.
